Vallata - Fairbanks

This restaurant is a lovely place with great service. The food is delicious. It's conveniently located about a 20-minute drive from the city center, making it easily accessible for tourists. The same owner has been running it for 41 years, which speaks to its quality and consistency.

I saw that they advertised being open until 9:30 PM, so I drove about 30 minutes to get some good food. When I arrived, the first employees I encountered ignored me and stayed at the counter. I went to the kitchen to ask if they were still open, and they told me that the kitchen had already closed—an hour early. What a disappointment!

This restaurant has a beautiful ambiance with friendly staff, amazing wine, and incredible food! I wish we could be here more often to become part of the community! My wife and I truly enjoyed the atmosphere!

Large service, my water never saw the bottom of the glass (smoking plus in my book) appetizer: mozzi sticks. dinner: the calf cut pamigiana alla vallatalarge curly, and very tasty! suppe: cream brocolli dessert: tiramisu cheesecake my dear and I shared the entree and both rests.

Quick friendly staff. Amazing atmosphere perfectly set for 2. Food was amazing! I would recommend and I will be going back!
