Feedback gevenPlaced an order online. Arrived at the restaurant and was told they were out of meatballs for one of my subs. Asked if the female worker could cancel the order. She said I’d have to do it online. There is no way to cancel the order online. They marked my order as being picked up. Was charged for $32. Went back up to the store to tell her I am unable to cancel the order online. Asked for a number to a general manager and she claimed she didn’t know any phone number.
The sandwich artist is you want to call her that was very rude. I ordered an ultimate bmt she put salami and pepperoni on it and asked me what kind of cheese. She got all pissy when I told her it gets ham as well. It should get 2x provolone but she only gave me 3 pieces. They had no receipt paper. I am on a business trip and needed a receipt. The soda machine was practically empty. We could have been told that when we ordered a combo. And the biggest kicker is that while she was making our sandwiches she was face timing!! Glad I don’t live out here and I hope I remember not to eat here next visit. They were also out of napkins!!
Wish I could give no stars. Don't go. Just don't. There are plenty of subways. Avoid this one.
So my husband and I order here from time to time and tonight January 11th, 2024) my husband's order was made wrong, they put chicken on a turkey sub with no turkey. Online theu say they close at 10pm. We went back a little past 9pm and they turned him away, had all the food put up everything off. Not very happy with them tonight at all. So if you close at 9 update your website, or just don't close down early.
Don’t go here. Only ever 1 worker. Online orders just rot. The one woman worker is rude and you can tell hates her job. She’s not only unprofessional but dresses unprofessional as well. Food wasn’t done properly.
