American Deli - Fairburn

I ordered a gyro and was extremely disappointed. It was mostly lettuce, the pita was stale, the meat was burnt and there was hardly any meat in it. Additionally, it had a strange taste. I ended up throwing it away and will not be returning to this restaurant.

I really do not like the customer service I receive at this American Deli! I have given the Lynmark location multiple chances before writing this review. I have been living in Fairburn for almost two years now, and anyone who knows me knows I enjoy good wings two or maybe three times a week. I typically spend at least $50 each time I order from this establishment. I prefer my wings fried crispy, but this location often fails to fulfill my request. Despite vowing several times to never return, the convenience of the location and their delicious fries keep drawing me back. However, after tonight, I am officially done. I refuse to give my money to a business that does not value me as a customer. I specifically asked for my wings to be extra crispy because I was tired of eating rubbery wings. I placed my order at 7:52pm and was told that the wings would not be cooked until I arrived. When I got there at around 8:00pm, I paid for my order which included 30 wings and a large fry, then waited. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I asked if my order was next since I was the only customer left in the store after others had come in, ordered, received their food and left before me. I was told I was waiting on my fries. I was disgusted to see the young employees laughing and playing while cooking my food, instead of taking my concerns seriously. I called to request the owner's information for further discussion, but was put on hold. Jay, the owner, refused to take my call and instructed the employees to tell me he was not available.

There was a bug in my food got no apologies or nothing just got the food remade and that was it

Today, when I walked into the restaurant, I saw a cockroach on the ceiling. I left slowly and came back in to take a picture. Disgusting. I do not recommend this place at all.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! There was a bug cooked into the fried rice
