The challenge is that they never come back, so if you need refills or additional help, it is only a few and far in between. Our visit lasted two hours for slow service. Our food was cold when it came from the kitchen. My wife's chicken had rough spots. It was also full of Gristle and had bone pieces. We wanted to talk to the manager twice. He didn't come to our table. When my wife felt him, 15 minutes later, with her plate to show him the food, he seemed upset. This was our first visit since the beginning of COVID-19. We were often bullets before the pandemic. There is a good chance that we will not return.
Very poor customer service. I ordered my food at 907a for the Border delivery. I did this for less contact and just in and out. I was recommended my order would be ready at 927a. I arrived at 929a. I waited in my car for just under 20 minutes. No one delivered me. So I went in and got my order. The employee in the front apologised my food. Your attitude was not very concerned. No reason why my food was not delivered to me. There were no customers in the Filialfront. Then I called back and asked me to talk to the manager. She answered and her attitude was also very unthinkable of poor customer service. I will not be in any hurry or have to come back to this place, I can do better at home. At least my food will be on time and less. Plus a better customer service setting. I've been in customer service for over 30 years. That's one of the worst I saw.
Just what you would expect from this chain restaurant. It wasn't disappointed. We could sit with our four guests right away. The waitress was impressive and the food was as expected. I was most excited about the sales that the store had in this place. Nice, clean family restaurant.
We just ordered takeout from inside Cracker Barrel in Fairburn, GA. We ordered roast beef with 3 sides and chicken and dumplings with 2 sides. I was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes I asked about my order. I was told there was a problem with the roast beef. Specifically they were out but they found some and were preparing it but it would be a little while longer. After a while a gentleman asked if he could help so I explained again. He went back and after a few minutes came out with a bag. It was tied and taped but the receipt said it was toast beef and chicken and dumplings. I got home and it was 2 chicken and dumplings with 2 sides each. I got 2 biscuits with one order but only 1 corn muffin with the other (burned and rock hard). Now 2 chicken and dumplings would be ok but we got charged for the roast beef with 3 sides, about $3 more. I called snd was told they couldn?t do anything unless I came back today. The person I spoke with even seemed familiar with my order. I told him there was no way I would come back today. This was the worst Cracker Barrel experience I have ever had. We will never go there again!
