Hardee's - Fairburn

Pure garbage .even the bag they send thru drive thru smells like

This review is based on my experience versus other Hardee 's. 2 stars because the food is solid, even relative to it 's counterparts. However; I 've been to this location a few times, and they just aren 't thorough. They always forget something. This time, it was silverware, napkins, and syrup with the French toast. I literally asked for extra syrup and got 0. I also asked for ketchup with the tots, and we got 2 little packets, and we all know how far those go. But hey, at least we got something. They 've also once given me my biscuits and gravy without the gravy. It stinks being that guy to look through everything when you get your food, but it 's a must if you go through this drive-thru.

At The End Of The Day I got what I came for, fast food. No complaints on the meal. Service line a bit long and the establishment can use an upgrade/renovation. Drive-Thru cashier was nice ? and the job was done.

Food was hot and fresh, took a long time, but they are very short-handed, they are trying to get back on board, but seems like nobody wants to work these days. You can't hold that against them, they also asked if I needed condiments, which is unheard of these days. They are not open in the evening, they close at 4:00. Due to lack of employment. That is a serious downfall, but in my case, I was there before 4:00. And had a good experience. It was take out food, for my son and i, and was delicious.

The management and staff are ALWAYS nice, patient and curious. That's one of the reasons why I go...I spend my money where it is appreciated and they appreciate their customers
