I ordered extra marinara. My pan pizza arrived dry and cold because a DoorDash driver who does not possess the keep warm pouch for the pies delivered it. This was just a horrible experience and I feel like I wasted $22 dollars. I used to love PizzaHut; it was a childhood staple. Mann... How the mighty have fallen. Not doing that again.
I love grabbing a Pizza Hut personal pan pizza at least twice a month. There are two locations near my house, and I can now say with certain I will not be back to this location. This is the third time, in two months I have paid for extra cheese, on my personal pan pizza, and not received it. This location also uses the least amount of cheese out of any location, I have ever been to. You are almost forced to get extra cheese, if you want a decent amount. So to not give me the “extra cheese” I paid for, is just dishonest business practice all around. It is worth driving the extra 2 miles to the Sonora Road location, where you can get a regular amount of cheese without having to buy extra. This clearly Has to be a franchise owned location that’s cutting corners.
I ordered Pasta and boneless wings for delivery. The Boneless wings were never delivered. When I called the Pizza Hut (8390 Senoia Rd Fairburn, GA 30213) the woman that answered assured me my wings would be delivered shortly. An hour later I called back to ask about the wings, she asked me to hold for a minute and placed the receiver on the counter for the next 20 minutes then came back and hung up on me. I called back and requested a refund on the wings. Again she placed the receiver on the counter. after another 20 minutes, I hung up and tried calling back. No one from this restraint would answer the phone.I filled out an online complaint and also called their 800 customer service to report but all I have received is an email from Pizza Hut with a Survey that I did fill out with the details.Pizza Hut has lost another customer and I hope anyone that received this kind of service will never eat at Pizza Hut again! the company has never responded to my complaints. no wonder this company is failing. I'll be forever telling my story about Pizza Hut and the extremely bad service and ripping off their customers by not delivering what they have ordered and paid for.
The food was ok but they sent breadsticks when I was supposed to have cheese sticks.
