Mcalister's Deli - Fairfax

Really loving their vegetarian options! This is their The Veggie sandwich, which I had with spudchips and a cup of their veggie chili. I first heard about this place for their huge, awesome potatoes. Those are fantastic, and so is their sandwich menu with a wide variety of options. Both indoor and outdoor seating available, employees wear mask, menus are visible while you wait in line and when you order. Drink sizes are big which can be pretty great, their medium would be another places extra large. Cups are plastic and recyclable.

Started eating at McAlister's when they first opened up in richmond. They make the best club sandwiches. That honey mustard, delicious..

Like a Panera. The turkey wrap was good but their cookies are awesome. Nice big eating area with outdoor seating as well. Everything was clean and tidy. Customer service was top notch!

Although it's not easy to locate this place, it is worth visiting from time to time. The atmosphere is very chill and I was able to witness workers providing quick service here and there. I got myself a fresh lemonade for first impression and it did not disappoint. Great selection of salads, desserts, beverages, etc. I would recommend this place for lunchtime meals.

At the Fairfax location, the chef, Heather, does not allow his employees to make or eat. I have heard their berate and use two primarily Spanish speakers. and who wants to bet why she has hired so many high-school workers so that she can treat them any way and wisely as she wants, and they will not have a framework for reference?
