We ordered the Southwestern Nachos to start and they were INCREDIBLE. The portion was huge. The queso hit me on first bite. Best I’ve ever had. The pulled pork was super flavorful too. Next I tried the Farmhouse Burger. I asked for no egg. It was divine. The caramelized onions were so delicious and the burger was cooked excellently. Even the fries were great- perfect amount of salt! The service was also a part of the positive experience. Our server, Kripa, was kind and did her job well.Would go again for sure to try the flatbreads, fried chicken sandwich, and the desserts!!!Last, there are of lot of seating options.Five out of five!Parking: Huge parking lot. Easy entrance past some automatic doors and then you’re in the hotel. You walk straight and the bar will be to your left and you’ll see all the tables choices in front and to the left of you.
Hungry and food was cold, microwave dirty and I was upset. Staying in the hotel amd couldn't hot food at the restaurant. It didn't have to be delivered to the room so why was ithe food cold and the plate warm. The guy did offer to take my plate to the back and warm. No no no, if I can't go back there and warm it I don't want it.
It is very frustrating that the online menu is different than the menu in the restaurant. I planned to eat dinner in the restaurant based on the menu online only to be disappointed in the actual selections. Also the bar staff seemed very inexperienced and failed to do some of the basic customer service such as asking how the food is and bringing condiments and a steak knife for the steak I ordered. The atmosphere is nice and prices are reasonable for a hotel restaurant. My steak was prepared to medium rare as I requested but the french fries that came with it were ice cold and not hand cut as advertised. One of reasons I like to eat at the hotel restaurant bars is to interact with the bartender(s) since I am from out of town and alone. There was no interaction whatsoever and I thought paying $9 for a non craft beer there is no happy hour was wasted considering the lack of interaction that I received. Hilton should understand this is a weakness in this marketing niche. There are a ton of restaurants nearby that I would prefer in the future.
The bar manager abused the staff verbally and physically in front of customers. These poor girls are being yelled at all night. This is a disgrace and an HR nightmare in the making. Hilton… you can do better
It's okay. That pretty much sums up my review. It's just fine. Food was okay, nothing too special. We had to eat pretty quickly because we had an event to go to, so we asked them if we could get our food fast and they brought it over swiftly. This is a bar and a small restaurant, food items include burgers, flatbreads, some small appetizers, deserts, etc.Service was good, same people working for Hilton's breakfast. I liked the burger and thought it was good, the flatbread was much better though. The cauliflower appetizer was undercooked. Drinks were better. The one thing that was weird (to me) was that since our food was taking time to get made, the waiter brought out a bowl of nuts to eat until the food was ready. These were the most stale and bland nuts I have ever ate. I don't know why he brought them out. 5 more minutes and I would have gotten my appetizer anyway.I liked the fact that I could bill directly to the room number. But to sum it up, don't expect anything too amazing, for a quick bite I'd say it gets the job done.Vegetarian options: Not a ton, however they will give you veg options upon request. It's not on the menu but they'll replace a beef patty with a veg one.Kid-friendliness: It's a bar, so not really kid friendly.Parking: Hilton has a ton of parking at this hotel.
