Feedback gevenI would not come back to this restaurant. It has a lingering smell like a party that was never cleaned up. The wait staff seem more interested in watching videos and laughing than in attending to customers. The staff also does not seem to know how to process extra charges for menu changes, claiming their registers are preprogrammed. In addition, the management was argumentative about their misleading offer of a dozen biscuits to take home through their app. Overall, a disappointing experience.
The food was good, and I have no complaints. It is about what you expect from Red Lobster. We had the Crabfest special, which is overpriced for what you get for $38. I got one cluster, and they were out of crispy potatoes. What made the experience most pleasant was our waiter, Laura. Even if the food were terrible, which it wasn’t, I would have given my dining experience 5 stars, just for how she cared for us and her other tables. Her service was superb, and it made for an enjoyable dinner.
Waiter was very kind, we accidentally throw 2 lemonades and he kindly help us clean.
Excellent quick simple meal, birthday dessert was free. This is usually a Friday night family bundle place, but this was even better as individual.
The restaurant was exceptional until it came time to pay the bill. The pre-set tip options included the total amount of the meal, drinks, and tax. I was unaware that current tipping etiquette includes tipping on the tax amount. Is this intentional?
