We got the Grand Ol Fish daddy, Arabe, Taco Bamba another taco I can't remember and the Patriot Fries. 2 tacos a piece and shared friends are just the right amount. Anything else and you will be stuffed. My only gripe is that there is never enough seating for such good food. I wish their locations were a little bigger for tables inside where you can face the person your eating with lol. Gotta love the food though.
This is my second time eating at Taco Bamba. (I left another review on the one in Backlick Rd) We we’re attended promptly and the food came out fast. It was beautiful to eat outside in the outside seating available. The food was deliciously good, seasoned, and the colors popped out! Although, I don’t really agree with the drinks pricing. $4 for a coca cola in a glass bottle… That’s way over priced. Anyways, I will continue going to Taco Bamba for their well-prepared traditional tacos and their carne asada steak fries. Taco Bamba never disappoints when it comes to their well put together food.
Our first time here, WOW!! best Cubano I've had lol. Fries were good, and the churros we're delicious. I'd def recommend to you if you love good food, we will def come back for tacos.
I visited on a Tuesday evening to satisfy a Taco Tuesday craving. Ordering online was quite easy, and I appreciate being able to note food allergies I have. After reviewing the menu, I ordered pasole rojo soup, guacamole and chips, two regular tacos (birria and chicharron), one special taco (million to Juan), and some churros. My order was ready a few minutes earlier than promised online which worked great given I arrived a few minutes early anyway. Service was cordially efficient, and I was pleased to see the effort taken to double check my order for accuracy (which it absolutely was). The soup had a clean taste with well cooked pork. The chips were crispy and not overly salty and went well with the portion of guacamole that tasted fresh and refreshingly mild compared to others I have sampled. Tacos typically had assertive flavors in past visits, and these did not lack for flavor or spice. The birria taco I found to be a little too spicy to enjoy the meat like I wanted. However the other two had not only well cooked protein and other ingredients but appropriate seasoning for my taste. Churros felt a little blander than I remembered but still satisfied me with a crispy texture without being at all oily. The caramel at the bottom is just about the right amount so the churros retain their crispiness. The bill came to around $35 including tax and tip, so I feel like I received a good value for my visit and could return for future visits when for a taco Tuesday or a non-Tuesday taco craving.
Great and quick service. I came during dinner time so there was a line but it moved very quickly. I usually get various tacos but decided to splurge for the torta bamba this time and it was delicious. Portion was huge so come hungry or have lots of leftovers!
