The food and service at The Cheesecake Factory have remained consistently excellent over the years, no matter the circumstances. There is always a sense of anticipation when entering any Cheesecake Factory restaurant. Not only is the food expertly prepared, but the decision of which cheesecake to order for dessert adds to the excitement. It is always a fantastic experience with delicious food. And of course, there is always room for a slice of cheesecake. It's a great feeling to finally be dining at The Cheesecake Factory!

From our first visit to our most recent visit, we absolutely love this place! Everything from the bread service (don't forget to ask for a side of ranch for dipping) to their must-have mojitos, and the large selection of tasty, crispy appetizers, will have you hooked. The service is top-notch, with friendly waitstaff who make sure each meal is garnished perfectly. The Jamaican black pepper shrimp is a must-try. The menu is extensive and always offers something new and interesting to try. And when it comes to dessert, the cheesecake is heavenly, but there are plenty of other decadent options to choose from as well. We can't wait to try the brownie sundae next time. If you've never been to The Cheesecake Factory, you are missing out on a delicious experience. Highly recommended!

We came here without reservation for Sunday dinner. they are really busy, but we have set ourselves quite fast, which was nice. the eating tasted amazing, but our server wasn't the best. the eating was warm and not hot when he broke it out, our ice was dessert also melted and not mentioned that the dirty plates on the table for a long time without being collected.

I usually enjoy dining at Cf. However, when our waitress finally came to our table, she took our drink order but later brought us bread that was not fresh and said it was better than nothing. The bread was hard like a rock. When my order arrived, I noticed that the bread on my fish and chips was soggy and falling apart. The fish was also placed on top of my fries, making them soggy and unappetizing. I took a bite and couldn't finish my meal because the texture was unacceptable. This was the first time we left without ordering cheesecake, as my appetite was completely gone.

A reservation today July 29 at 2 pm lunch for 3 at fir oks mall north Va . , after we ordered the food , we have been waiting for our food to come for a good 4o minutes , That was embarrassing in front of my guests, then the waitress came and asked us if we canceled the food ,! I answered of course not . The service was really devastated , and embarrassing in front of my guests .
