Pretty quick service even with everyone in my group ordering from the tablet.

I really love this place. I have visited it many times. The food is always super fresh, especially all the vegetables. It’s also absolutely delicious. A+ all the way.

I loved the experience with lots of automation, customization and freedom to eat however I want. I went there for lunch for $25 all you can eat for 90 minutes is a great deal! Everything came out fresh and fast, servers were all attentive as well. I understand not all people enjoy paying and cooking for yourself but this is a fun experience that you should really try once!Vegetarian options: Lots of Veggies option

Went to urban hot pot about a month ago and would not come back again. Food was average, and the waitress was really rude when they told us to hurry up because of the time limit. In addition, it wasn’t until we leave the restaurant that we realized we had ordered 夫妻肺片 but they never gave us the dish.

This all you can eat hot pot place was the perfect meal for a rainy day. They have a vast range of dishes to choose from and are very fresh. The only complain I would have would be that the broths are not as flavorful as other hot pot places. Service was
