Bigelow Tea - Fairfield

My experience was amazing! I loved seeing how everything works in the factory, especially since I'm a big fan of this tea. The emphasis on preparation, purity, and cleanliness really stood out to me.

This is the main facility where all Bigelow tea is produced and formulated. However, you can't just drop by to purchase tea. There is NO company store or wholesale shop open to the public here, but if you visit on the right day, you might catch a whiff of one of your favorite teas being brewed.

The classic green tea lacks flavor. It neither smells nor tastes like tea; instead, it has a faint smell and taste reminiscent of petroleum. I wouldn't recommend it. Additionally, it's overpriced.

The unloading process was incredibly slow. I had an 8 AM appointment but wasn't able to get through the door until 10:15. There’s no overnight parking available, and the nearest rest area is 1.5 miles away.
