Shika Hana Japanese Bistro - Fairfield

Some of the freshest, tastiest rolls I have had in a long time! Wow!!!! I did the 3 roll lunch special and there was a ton to eat. The spicy tuna was some of the best I ever had, also did a classic California and salmon avocado. Ordered online to take lunch to some business colleagues... the order did take about 15/20 minutes longer than expected but I was told by others that is not the norm. Currently they only offer take out. The women who checked me out and packed up my order were extremely nice. I will definitely be stopping here for sushi when I'm in the area. My colleagues got some bento boxes and they really enjoyed them- big portions.

There are so many sushi spots around that it can be hard to distinguish yourself in Fairfield county. I first heard of Shiki Hana after hometown fave, Justin Long, raved about it in an Instagram story. Fairfield's favorite actor did not steer me wrong. Shiki Hana is a hole in the wall and in a strip mall but don't let that fool you. Their sushi is fresh and so reasonably priced for what you get. They have been takeout only since COVID but their service is great and the quality can't be beat. I order from them frequently when I'm either working from home or have the day off. My favorite rolls are the Philadelphia, spicy tuna, and yellowtail.

I found Shiki Hana from an Uber eats search! I went into the store to place my order and the host was helpful and pleasant. I ordered the crispy rice with tuna, the order had four pieces and tasted good. I also had a salmon avocado roll and the shrimp tempura roll. They were fresh and you had nice pieces of salmon and shrimp. I will definitely be going back.

This is THE best sushi takeout in Bridgeport/Fairfield area. They stopped hosting diners inside it's takeout only but it seems to be a great business model for them. Every time I go there are 1 or 2 other people also picking up food. The fish quality surpasses any other that I've found in this area. And the prices are lower! Usually when I get sushi I don't feel full because it's too expensive. Not here I always get absolutely stuffed! Because the prices are so good! I highly recommend the following order: 2 orders salmon sashimi 2 orders yellowtail sashimi 1 order mackerel sashimi 1 salmon avocado roll 1 side of sushi rice I just wish they'd open the dining room again because I love this place

The best sushi in the area. Ingredients are always fresh and tasty. I only do takeout though not even sure if indoor dining re opened. Favorite fancy roll is the Shiki Hana roll.
