Feedback gevenI started going to this place two years ago. I always talk about the mobile app. my order is always correct and ready given at the time on the app. the staff is very efficient and friendly.
I waited 20 minutes for my mobile order of a drink. It seems the mobile ordering system was down, and instead of addressing the situation, the staff prioritized their favorites and prepared drinks in any order they pleased. The service was absolutely terrible. There’s a reason I choose this place—I expect consistency and quality. This experience was marked by complete unprofessionalism.
Ordering on the mobile app. came to home, started drinking my coffee and was confused why it felt so light. opened the cap and found that my drink was 1/3 empty. disappointed
Unfortunately, both this location and the one in Shelton offer lower-quality service compared to Bridgeport. That’s the only location I trust because they really understand the difference between hot and cold food. Also, they seem to take their jobs seriously, which is a plus. One downside is the parking situation—it feels a bit sketchy.
Extremely disappointing customer service! I have no interest in finding out who the manager is because I won’t be returning to this location. I placed my order online and arrived after the estimated time. I received a notification that my drink was ready, yet I still had to wait. When I asked the barista to check on my order, she told me I was next in line, but when I mentioned that my app indicated my drink was ready, she just looked at me and ignored my concern. I decided to leave without asking for a refund; they can keep my money because I will not be back! This was the worst Starbucks experience I've had, and I hope corporate takes note of these reviews and addresses the issues!
