Hiring Susan Kane for my wedding on July 9th, 2022 was a huge mistake. I had been planning this special day for months, and everything was almost perfect - the weather, the flowers, the music. However, Susan and her staff showed up very late and were incredibly unprofessional. My guests had to wait almost half an hour for food, and the bartender took cold beer from my fridge and left it out in the sun. Despite paying for expensive hors d'oeuvres like lobster rolls and wagyu beef sliders, I didn't even get to try them. There were only 35 guests instead of the 50 I had contracted for, so there was no excuse for running out of food. The crepes were cold and soggy, and the fillings were store-bought caramel sauce and whipped cream. I was extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend Susan Kane to anyone who values great food and service.

Susan Kane just catered my wedding for my husband and I on Saturday September 11th. We had a gorgeous wedding outside in Niantic at McCook Park. It is very hard to have an outside wedding these days and having the menu that we really wanted. We had an appetizer wedding which included a lot of high-end appetizers. We had some issues with the rentals that I got from Taylor Rental but Susan and her staff made it work and the food was absolutely amazing. Their staff hustled all day and everyone enjoyed their scrumptious and delectable food!! If you think you can't have an elegant wedding outside, think again. We had everything from tuna, lobster rolls crab cakes pulled chicken, beef sliders, Etc. The charcuterie station was to die for!! You cannot believe the amount of food that we had and the quality. Everyone was over the moon. Thank you Miss Susan!!!

The service was excellent and the food was terrific. We hosted a corporate party for 15-20 colleagues at this restaurant and it was a perfect choice. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and the pricing is reasonable.

Hire Susan before she's all booked. I hired Susan Kane Catering to cater my daughter's wedding at The Pond At Tripple Brook in Blairstown NJ 08/15/2020. Connected with Susan back in January when things were normal. Once the virus hit we were on and off with the wedding, going from 200 guests, then 150 then finally down to 96, with restrictions and guests health concerns. Susan stood by us with ultimate professionalism and sincere concern with my daughter's feelings for her supposedly, one of the best days of her life. Susan's demeanour and calming attitude, not to mention she and her crew travelled two and a half hours from her home kitchen to the venue, made it happen. It was a beautiful day and I knew I did not have to worry about anything, it was in her hands. She created a magnificent menu and the food was delicious, staff extremely professional (masks and aware of their distance) and very accommodative to our guests. August 15th 2020 turned out to be, probably one of the best days ever, thus far for my daughter.

We recently hosted a fancy cocktail party for 50 of our friends to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. Susan Kane came highly recommended by some local Easton, CT moms, and her services exceeded our expectations from beginning to end! Susan was very easy to work with and communicate with. We shared our vision with her, and she knew exactly how to bring it to life. She provided us with a detailed menu that sounded so delicious we didn't feel the need to make any changes. The staff she brought with her were a team of professional, well-organized individuals who put together a perfect display of delicious appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The food was not only presented beautifully but also of exceptional quality. Our kitchen was left spotless, with the team efficiently preparing some items ahead of time and finishing the rest on-site with ease. They even helped package up leftovers for us. I would definitely use Susan Kane's services again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to impress their guests with delicious food.
