Taco Bell - Fairhaven

You'd expect that ordering online would ensure everything is correct, but I was disappointed when my order arrived without two tacos and a side of sour cream! Plus, they didn't include any sauce either!

I placed an online order and picked it up at the drive-thru around 5 PM. The nachos I received were the best I've ever had from Taco Bell. Everything in the bag was neat, and overall, it was the best experience we've had in a long time. I will definitely be returning!

Where do I even begin? I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes to order the new cheese taco shell and a drink. When I finally got to the window, I paid and received my bag and drink. After parking, I opened the bag only to find the wrong order! I went inside to address the issue, and the woman behind the counter informed me that I received the wrong order too. I explained what I had wanted, and she then told me they don’t make that. If that’s the case, why didn’t they tell me when I ordered? Instead, she handed me a different type of taco. I realized that I had paid more for my original order than what I ended up with. Her attitude was very unprofessional; she practically threw the bag at me and never offered an apology. I will never return to Taco Bell in Fairhaven!

Pretty much never get the right order, how do you work here and not know your own menu, pathetic. And I shouldn't order a $5 burrito with $1 worth of food in it. You chose to work there so do your jobs or get replaced.

I'll usually end up at Taco Bell in Fairhaven a few times a month and the service is consistently quick and the food always hot. The only issue I've really had with this place is when ordering ahead and picking up in store. Make sure you have your beveragebefore leaving! Besides that they've good and quick food for when you're in a hurry or just craving a taco!
