Feedback gevenThe people behind the counter were very friendly, buttheir wardrobe through me off a bit when I entered.They looked like the had just rolled out of bed . Looking around the store, it did not look clean . I noticed mac n cheese on the floor, overall the floors were not well kept .. On to the food , chicken was delicious, so were the sweet yams !The mac n cheese was cold and very runny!!! I used to go to the boston market in New York, when I was a kid .My favorite part of going was that mac n cheese. I'm not going to lie I was pretty disappointed when I left ?.
I ordered catering through this Fairlawn location and usually I only take the time to review places if they've disappointed me but in a few cases when I'm completely satisfied I feel like they should get a review that they deserve. I was hesitant to order from here because in the past it wasn't so great but I was assured that they were under new management. I ordered a buffet style chicken and salad with sides for 10 people. Everyone in my company was happy with the food, everything was fresh and hot. As far as sides go, we were especially happy with the mixed vegetables, mac and cheese, and the Nashville hot sauce is AMAZING. Shout out to the red-headed manager for making sure everything was perfect. Will definitely be coming back and all preconceived notions from the past are out the window. Glad I decided to give them another try.
This is by far the worst place to order a catering order from and I should’ve learned my lesson from the mishap last week with this company. I placed an order through ez cater last week and the order was never placed due to the Cuyahoga Falls location being closed and this week they sent us the wrong order from the Fairlawn location. I got attitude when I called to confirm order would be ready at the scheduled time today and when we got the food it was cold unseasoned, runny Mac, brown salad, left over chicken from a week ago, bland pie and cookies which is NOT what I ordered. When I called to let them know this was the wrong order and food was unsatisfactory I was told the GM and manager made the food themselves so oh well. They should be fired for what they put together for people to consume. The person who answered the phone was rude and made me feel as if I was being a bother to him. I wish you could leave a review with no stars because that’s what they have earned from me and all my fellow coworkers who will be leaving their own reviews. Chick fil A or Piada would NEVER give this lack luster customer service or food. I see why the Cuyahoga falls location is closed and the Fairlawn location should follow suit. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Manager Jordan was very attentive and worked hard to make our experience a positive one. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.
Wow where should I start with this review, display case where the sides are located was dark probably a couple of burned out light bulbs. What's sides were out, there was hardly anything in the trays, looked like they had been setting out since lunch.When I asked for corn I was told by the worker there was a National corn shortage and they wouldn't have any until next week, and this was on a Monday. When I asked for mashed potatoes, I was told they would have any until next week either, because of a dispute between the owner and supplier. Then when you check out there's a sign that says credit card or exact change only. I really like Boston market, but this place really needs to get it together. I'll give them one more shot in a month or so and pray things have improved.
