As for the pricing, I would give it a **4/5** because the prices were quite reasonable. However, the menu itself receives a **3/5** due to a lack of variety. If you've ever been to Boston Market, you know what to expect, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I visited Boston Market in Fairlawn on the evening of January 12, 2022, and I felt compelled to commend the young lady at the front (Angel with the pink hair). She efficiently served customers, took care of online orders, and managed the cash register all at once. Throughout our time there, she maintained a positive attitude, apologized for our wait, and wished us a wonderful rest of the day. Fortunately, another employee returned to assist, as the restaurant was quite busy. She truly deserves recognition for her hard work, and I'm sorry I didn't catch her name! Great job!

My husband was excited to order the Nashville hot chicken, but the employee informed us that they were out of both the sauce and the bread. She offered to check again for the sauce and came back to say they had something, but it was frozen and she couldn’t identify the flavor. I felt there should have been a sign indicating that the sauce and rolls for the Nashville hot chicken sandwich were unavailable. In the end, I decided to try the three side samplers and discovered that the sweet potatoes cost an extra $0.35. While it wasn't a huge issue, a sign noting that would have been helpful. Overall, our experience was pleasant. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was very friendly.

The server was very pleasant and the food was excellent.

Clean, delicious food along with Rebecca's great costume service! I'm statisfied!
