Very clean business. Good food. Friendly staff. Good service. Delicious pizza.

What can I say? Even though it's a chain, they serve the best pizza in the city.

I had a terrible experience at the restaurant. I ordered a steak plate with extra onions, but after waiting an hour, I was served a shaved steak with a side of macaroni salad and some onions. The portions were tiny, there was no meat sauce, and overall, it resembled a garbage dish. I was really disappointed, especially for the price of $16.

It is a crime that we have lost Arrivederci in this place, for almost twenty years they have been making terrible food. I miss when Fairport GOOD had subshops, that was not true in decades. Perinton Pizza makes the best cake hand down here if you order go to them.

Very mixed feelings: great subs, but they 're often not ready when I arrive. Great calzones, but (like every Rochester pizza place their pizza is mediocre at best. And the Thin Thin Pizza ?! Putting it on a tortilla would have provided better support! An amazing culinary feat which cannot be eaten as is with either hand or utensil, and essentially must be rolled up into a giant pizza log. I 'll keep going for the $10 subs and calzones, but that 's about it at this point. (Oh, and the staff are very pleasant and friendly.
