Domino's Pizza - Fairview

Everytime we get pizza from here it is phenomenal. Wonderful staff!

I bought 8 pizzas on the app and they were all burned. I complained but was told it was the ovens fault. I asked them to remake them and they refused. I had to take them because I had prepaid on the app. The next day, the owner tried to saynit never happened.

Received BURNED pizza and manager refused to fix what happened. Then he threatened to sue me for slander if I told anyone about the poor food and service!

Store#4857: It was raining out, no mats were on the floor, and the floor was wet. I slipped and fell, landed on my right knee and hurt my left wrist. The associate saw me fall and didn’t say anything. When I got to the counter he asked me the name for the order, ignoring the fact that he just saw me fall. I got my order and then told him the floor was wet and should probably be mopped as I just fell and hurt my wrist and knee. His response, “oh, ok.” There were several other people working and no one said anything about the situation. The associate followed behind me and threw a mat down on the floor over where it was wet as I was walking out the door. The mat was rolled up in the corner, not sure why it wasn’t on the floor to begin with since it had been raining for a while before I came in. Then, I got home to realize my pizza had the wrong toppings. I called to complain and a different associate told me I had to bring the pizza back in and they would remake it, or accept store credit. So now I drive to the store a second time with the pizza in hand so it can be checked because apparently I’m lying. The associate opened the box and front of me and nodded his head as if to confirm I wasn’t lying about the mistake. I have never had such a bad customer service experience at this store. I’ve gone there dozens of times, but I won’t be returning after this. I guess I should have read these other reviews. Horrible customer service and they apparently don’t care about simple safety protocol. Never again.

I see a lot of negatives on here. We're from Pittsburgh with a lake trailer at Camp Eriez. We always stop on our way up and pick up a few pies. We've never had an issue....order on the app when we get off the McKean exit, by the time we make it to there the pizza is done. Always been super good quality and will continue to go. Their PAN is incredible. Sorry to hear so many people have negative experiences. Ours have always been good. Fresh Pizza's and Pastas. Never an issue in 4 years
