Chick-fil-a - Fairview Heights

I love this place. the personal is super friendly and my order is always right. the line could look super long, but they always come through all very much.

I had come through the drive-thru and we had moderate service. not to flee or complain. normal day at chick fil a. then like my family and I continue.

One of the more impressive chick fil A stores I might have been! it was a car-dru experience only as the dining room is closed. service was.

Remarkable consistency with service speed, quality and ease of use. the game will be crushed!

This location needs to be a better job quality checking the orders. Everytime we visit this location it’s SOMETHING.This technically the only location near Edwardsville! the N Lindbergh location does a way better job. I ordered a 4 ct mini got 2 hash browns. My daughter had already began eating them so some are missing. When I reached in the bag to get the 4 ct mini I found ANOTHER thing of hash browns. Nothing else. I called them twice no answer. I called the catering line oh to my surprise they answered the phone I’m making this for Tiffany she tried to tell me how to read the receipt after I told her it appears you guys were running out of ink.After reviewing everyone else reviews I can tell this location needs some work . Hopefully on a cooperate level they can receive some type of miracle.
