Krispy Kreme - Fairview Heights

I placed an order for picking up at 5.30 PM. Once I showed up at the drive through I saw the sign “current store hours: 6am to 5pm” (as shown in the picture) I had to called the store and asked if I could possibly get my order because the donuts I ordered were for my son’s birthday. I have to have them. The girl on the phone told me that I can get them if I wait a bit at the window and she will put my order together. Once I get to the window, the girl said that they are short on staff and the time online doesn’t match the time that they actually open. Short on staff is a real problem for every business now a day but when look inside the store, I saw 3 staff members sat on the chairs looking on their phones! Is that considering “short on staff”? I don’t believe so. Your staff is just too lazy to get off their phones and work. (Except the girl at the window who helped me out) I was happy that I got my order but the store manager/owner needs to fix this problem. Right before I drove off, there are at least 5 cars behind me that want to buy some donuts but who know if they get to buy some. Look how much money the store could possibly makes if you stay open a little longer or at least change the store hours on Google so your customers know what to expect.

Only get Krispy Kreme regular Donuts when warm. They aren't even the same donut cold. I can see how these have become part of a culture of food fanatics. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly for it being so early. I always love that first free donut...

The cashier was very rude. She didn't want to deal with anyone. Attitude was horrible. I had a Birthday coupon and she acted like she didn't have time to deal with that. Donut case wasn't stocked or clean for that matter. This was Saturday 12/10/22 Fairview Heights location. I wish i could have gotten the young ladies name but I didn't.

Great place to stop to treat the family. The location really has to work on fulfilling its menu selection and fixing the menu screen. There were times recently it didn't seem they were open cause the menu screen light was broken. They run out of specialty flavors all the time though or just don't have what is being advertised. I'm sure this is hurting return business.

Outrageous prices for so so donuts. First time in 17 years I tried their donuts and probably the last. Don't see what all the fuss is about! Used the drive through and the staff was friendly.
