Penn Station East Coast Subs

The new staff is completely unprofessional. The dummy with the headphones in is useless. They didn’t give me my fries. When I asked for them they asked me for a receipt that they never gave me. This place needs to close. Just look at their public health record violations.

I'm from Philly this place is great because it's a greasy hole in the wall. It reminds me of Steve' Prince of Steaks or better. These guys make authentic philly cheese steaks, What do you expect? A salad?

What self-respecting business owner would name their business after Penn Station?

We were met right away with respect and the order was taken swiftly. after watching the sandwiches be constructed and put in the oven we waited for our fries to cook and the team behind the counter performed as well as possible! thank
