Ruby's - Fairview Heights

Stopped here for lunch, daughter and I both got the unlimited soup/salad bar. The salad bar has 4 choices of greens (iceberg, romaine. spinach spring mix), lots of topings to put on your salad and a really good selection of dressings. Today I got the tomato soup and it was good. Their pink lemonade is refreshing.

Hostess was polite and friendly. Very nice to our 12 and 3 yr old kids. Waitress was prompt, polite and friendly and offered excellent dinner suggestions. Dinner was served fresh and hot and beverage re-fills were provided often.

I enjoy rubies. The music, the games the drinks. Its so relaxing. I really enjoy my self when im there.

They have a varied menu and one of their house characteristics is their salad bar. The atmosphere is pleasant, the service was good and the food was excellent.
