Front Range Cafe Fairway

This shop is so close to our house, so we come here about 2x a month for a couple years now. We want to love it. The drinks are inconsistent. The other day my large cappuccino was a latte, I told the barista and was informed “it’s the same thing here”. The staff is usually not very warm nor welcoming, if the quality of coffee drinks was better I would let it slide. Over all it’s just always a slightly disappointing experience.

Even if you can afford this place, it probably isn’t for you. Once a cozy, welcoming neighborhood spot for coffee or a craft cocktail, Front Range is now just another impersonal cafe with delusions of grandeur. Much of its charm melts away when confronted by the absurdly high prices, which are not displayed anywhere and a nasty surprise after ordering. If you’re paying for the quality, it’s a poor return this is probably the most expensive, just adequate latte in town at the moment. The staff are friendly and welcoming, but that’s hardly enough to make stopping here worthwhile.

This is very reminiscent of Colorado. Warm and relaxed vibe. It's a small hangout place. They offer games that you can play at your table too.

Cozy cabin-like atmosphere, with beverages that warm the soul. Whether it be traditional hot espresso beverages or a more inventive alcoholic beverage, they've got it. Everything I've had and heard about are delightful, but their espresso martini was a truly fantastic marriage of the two. Don't sleep on their seasonal beverages or they're pile of board games up front.

Front Range is a lovely little café located in a fantastic area! It's part of the Made in KC coffee community, which supports local businesses by providing them with a marketplace. They offer the same delicious drinks but also feature a bar with alcoholic beverages and a cozy camping atmosphere. I was impressed by the decor, and the friendly barista was eager to share insights about the business with me. My friends and I enjoyed our drinks and the service was excellent, including complimentary stickers to show off to others!
