Feedback gevenIt was a pleasant experience. The food took a while to come out, but the restaurant was busy with other customers. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the restroom for disabled guests was lacking toilet seat covers and toilet paper, and the paper towel holder was broken. Despite that, the restaurant was fantastic with excellent staff.
This restaurant is absolutely terrible! I have had multiple orders messed up over the course of several weeks. I used the drive-thru and was asked to pull over and wait for my order. Each time I returned home, I found that several items were missing. One of the meals even had only half of a cookie. When I called the manager to complain, she hung up on me. I have submitted a complaint online, and I am waiting to see if anyone responds.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich at 10:35 a.m. Unfortunately, it was cold and only warmed up slightly. It did not seem fresh, and there was an excessive amount of sauce, about 2 to 3 times more than needed. I was very disappointed and hope for a better experience if I decide to return in the future.
Around 19:30 clock to this two-g, which is open until 10 clock, and they were “offers for the night”. Does that mean that they don't make fresh chicken for the last 3 hours?
Horrible..the lobby was closed, got in the drive thru pinned in and get told we can only accept cash, the order was not correct, no napkins or sporks... so disappointed and will never go to this location again. Trash on the floor.. didn't look as if it had been cleaned in while..no receipt in the bag as stated so can't even fill out a survey. This owner has some serious issues at this location.
