The Cotton House - Falkirk

We were there for a working day. really nice eating, the personal was not by us women. will definitely be back. I bring my girls. Hey will love it.

I had lunch with my wife today. beautiful atmosphere and a great service. jo went out to make sure we had a wonderful lunch. the food was delicious and for lunch the portions were more than enough. I would have the day of the cotton house or...Night big eat, great service, thank you.

I visited the cotton house for the time for a family birthday meal. eating was absolutely excellent! the vegan choices were fabulous. the staff was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable (even if the restaurant was really busy) will definitely come back here

It seems to be a restaurant that is more interested in paying than customers. try to book several places after a recommendation, but were put into operation, then said there were no tables available in the first two times. we finally managed to book and turn off a table. at the arrival the parking lot was very busy, so we drive twice to find a parking space. the restaurant is modern and beautifully furnished, with good choice on the menu, even if pricy. When you book a table, you'll be told that you only have an hour and will be reminded of it when you arrive. in theory this is good, but not when the nets do not arrive until they are already sitting for minutes. when we were gone, the waiting zone was already full, although the restaurant was open for just under an hour. the employees were all pleasant enough, but the service was not as expected. places were not set, we received the wrong number of menus for our party, cutlery was only in a stack in the middle and eating was just put on the table without rice/noodles served. so. all in all, an average restaurant, that is over hyped, in price, with an experience rather akin to a fast food chain instead of an authentic restaurant.

Best Chinese food for many miles. Brilliant lunch menu and price is amazing for the choice and quality of food. The team who work there are always very nice, fast and accommodating. Would not go anywhere else for lunch if Chinese.
