Feedback gevenGO TO SACKVILLE OR BEDFORD. Horrible service. This is the third time I’ve been back to this location with the same problem. I pay for double meat, I don’t get what I paid for. The first time this happened I went out of my way to go back, but I was met with an argument, and a refusal to refund my purchase. This time, I have very little protein (I typically get more from a regular steak and cheese order at other locations than I do from a double meat order here) and my girlfriends order came not toasted with no sauce. This place is a disgrace. It’s actually shameful how poor the service is here through mobile ordering. Places like this are the reason subway is dropping locations worldwide. JUST BECAUSE IT’S MINIMUM WAGE, DOESN’T MEAN IT’S MINIMAL EFFORT. BRUTAL. FIRE AND REHIRE.
Consistent with takeout subs, staff are all friendly and wonderful to deal with.
Really wish you could order gluten free subs through the app. This subway is hit or miss. You could either be able waiting a long time to get a sub with no sauce even though you ordered two different sauces or you could get a decent sub. Really depends on who's working.
