Feedback gevenIn applebee 's on a recent visit in the opposite and had the bizarre experience. my son and I ordered the lunch with a very revealed waitress who went to screw up the order, an add that she had plane brains after a last vacation. Hahaha... whatever came when it was eating, it was delivered by someone else and it was wrong. we sent him back and the waiter apologized. our waitress came back to give us the bill. (She didn't ask if it was good or if we needed or wanted something else. the bill was $40.13 and I had no change to leave a tip, so I gave her $320 bill. she took the $60 and I saw her go to the register and put a $20 bill in her apron. I have no desire to type a 50 or even 100% tip for outstanding service, but this was 10% top service at best. when I called her back to the table to ask for change, she rolled her eyes and brought me back a folded $20 bill. I haven't had a little bill to leave her a tipp. So I didn't leave her anything. I visited this restaurant several times and never had such a bad service. I'm not back.
Eating was good, very tasty and lemon chicken, they also had special offers for boneless chicken wings and mozarella sticks. the type that served all the tables tried his best, but was overwhelmed. there is also a bar and beer is also served here. parking: parking
It's Applebees not the capital grille. The food is good the people make it great. I come for the atmosphere and the people who work there .
I'm not one to write negative reviews but my husband wanted apple bees today so we went. I have to say the server Sonia was absolutely polite and wonderful although; I was served a fountain drink in a dirty glass which wasn't a huge deal I just simply had the server take the cup back and requested a new drink out of a clean glass. When I got my new fresh drink, there was a whole piece of raw broccoli floating at the top. The restaurant at the time was nearly empty at the time so In my opinion there was no excuse for the nastiness. The food quality was also pretty eh considering the price, definitely not the best. Lol
Had a terrible experience where you guys promised me someone would reach out to me and I would at the very least get a gift card for compensation of the fact that you guys ruined a meal. Since I too am a restaurant manager I find it insulting that as a new to the area customer you made absolutely no effort to rectify the situation you caused. Now as someone who has only lived in Fall River for a month I will NEVER return to this location and will go out of my way, even with rising gas prices, just to avoid it.
