Feedback gevenWould be a negative stars if possible. Rhode Island Ave in Fall River MA. First time customer. Ordered online for pickup. 2 steak and cheese sandwiches. Saw the order was ready online and I was actually in the parking lot already waiting, soI went right in. The person behind the counter said, it wasn 't ready yet and had me wait a few minutes. That 's fine. Butapparently it was just them being mean to me. I picked up order at 10:50pm. By the time I saw the sandwiches were burnt, had nosteak in them, they were hard and inedible it was 11pm. I promptly called them back, but they were closed. Online it says opentill 1am, but it 's covid. I understand. I called the next morning and the manager said she couldn 't help me because I didn 'tcall back that night. I did explain to her I tried. I even still have the inedible sandwiches. She said there was nothing shecould do and to call the next day to talk to the district manager, Victoria. I did call Victoria and she also said, there wasnothing she could do. NOTHING!!!! REALLY!? She said if I texted her pictures of the sandwiches and she agreed they were burnt she would give me a refund. She also told me to call corporate, which they all must have had a good laugh at, because corporate is an automated message saying to call the store or go online, which I had already done. Now it 's 4 days later andno one has contacted me back. Not the district manager or the online people. Won 't be holding my breath, but come on people.What 's wrong with you? Just plain disrespectful and mean. Let alone serving gross food. Now we know.
I highly advise against visiting this restaurant. They don't check orders before delivering them and frequently forget items. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I will never return; it feels like they just want to take your money without actually delivering what you've paid for.
We order pizza and pasta bowls from here more often than I care to admit. The customer service is consistently excellent and friendly. One time, we accidentally forgot to request marinara sauce instead of Alfredo for our pasta bowls, and they corrected it for us, even though it was entirely our mistake. No matter where we are in the city, we always choose this location for our pickup orders. It’s the best Domino's in the city!
Every time I eat their pizza, I feel nauseous and end up needing to vomit. I won't be going back to Domino's again. It's the worst pizza I've had.
The only Dominos that violates public health protocol in the city. Placed and order they sent the wrong food and told me they?d send a driver back with my correct pizza and in order to do so they need the mistake pizza to be returned to them. Not that it?sa problem but are you kidding me?? They did the same when their driver was 15 min late on delivering my food. Newsflash thembags don?t keep pizza hot for 30- 40 minutes smh. When they dropped it off it was less than the equivalent of a frozen pizzahard and greasy ice cold and they?re like ok we will be taking the others back yikes ???? They need get their togetherit?s a horrible store with the highest prices for delivery too. I feel bad because their insane 5.99 delivery fee mustdefinitely take away from the drivers who use their own vehicles tips. Probably why they can?t keep help ???????????
