Feedback gevenI ordered my coffee inside the store and had to wait 15 minutes while they served all the customers in the drive-thru.
I had an awful experience with customer service at this restaurant last Saturday. The manager was especially rude and should be ashamed of herself. I have not received a response from her boss, which leads me to believe they are not addressing the issue. I recommend avoiding this location because of the manager's behavior. It seems like she may mistreat her employees as well. I have worked in customer service for over 40 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had.
The server seemed inexperienced and confused. When I ordered a 2 scoop sundae, he informed me that they were out of bananas. Eventually, I received my ice cream but it was not what I had originally wanted.
Hilarious! They refuse to do a pup in a cup... So be it. But, they actually refused to SELL me a drink with whip, hold the drink lol. What's up with all the dog haters out there? Weird.
Appeared to be absolute minimum staff, working slowly not communicating adequately.Layout is very different from most others which caused some confusion for this 70+ disabled veteran.Dietary restrictions: I am diabetic. It would be nice if there was a selection of GOOD low or no-sugar-added foods.
