Mcdonald's - Fallon

It looks like there's been an upgrade to the chicken nuggets! They've changed the recipe, making them much better, especially with the switch to white meat from a while back. That's definitely a significant improvement. Plus, it’s McRIB season!

I really appreciate the updates, especially with the hammer back in the original pool since the water was warmer. However, I noticed that there is now a $2 charge for towels. The staff could be more courteous; there were only three employees available, and they only assisted one party at a time, so we had to wait outside. Additionally, there were no signs indicating what to do with used towels, which caused some confusion at the front door. It seems like handing them to the employees could lead to some unpleasant comments. Overall, there’s room for improvement in service and communication.

I really appreciate the consistency of McDonald's. The food here tastes just like what I get at my local locations! Who could possibly find fault with it? The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The storage area and restrooms were clean, just as you'd expect from a McDonald's.

We forgot that we ordered a shake and the young guy was really cool to get him. These days go the extra mile
