Gong Cha Eden Center - Falls Church

Actually good Boba tea, which is cheap. I was in tee dm, which is about a few blocks down from this place and the tee does not taste fresh there. it is also more expensive there. if you are looking for a good and cheap boba place in eden centre, gong cha is the right place!

I was disappointed with my recent experience at Gongcha. They forgot that I didn't want ice in my drink, and instead of removing it, they insisted that it was "in the recipe" and couldn't be taken out. I had added red beans and adjusted the sugar to 70%, and those changes were accommodated, but for some reason, the ice couldn't be removed. This was my first time encountering such service at Gongcha, and it was quite frustrating.

The tea is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff at the front desk seem unfriendly, rarely smiling and coming off as quite rude. I think I'll recommend other branches to my friends instead.

Gong Cha is fantastic! I tried the chocolate donut, which is quite a rare find. The line was almost out the door when I visited. They offer a wide variety of teas, smoothies, and other ice cream treats. The ice cream waffle is a visually stunning dessert. Parking can be a bit challenging in this area, but I really enjoy visiting Eden Center and highly recommend ending your evening with a donut from Gong Cha.

I have tried 2 or 3 other bubble tea Eden Center but this one is better than all of them. Ambiance: (5/5) There is a little bit of seat as it's just a boba/ dessert place. The music is not too loud which is sometimes a problem I have had at other nova places in the area. There is a clean aesthetic, nothing too overwhelming. Price: (4/5) My drink was $6 for a medium which is a standard price. Food: (5/5) I got the yogurt mango drink and it was really good. I didn't add any boba or other toppings so I could really enjoy the drink and I'm glad I did. Don't let the yogurt scare you away, it's really just a mango drink. It was the perfect amount of sweet and they didn't add too much ice. Service: (5/5) There was a lot of foot traffic but they seemed to move drinks really quick. I got my drink in a matter of a couple mins. In conclusion, I am really happy I tired a new boba place. This is going to be the place I start coming to.
