Fantastic Peruvian restaurant. We had a lomo soltado and anticuchos. Also had some chicha. Everything was really good, and by good I mean exceptional! We've been to countless Peruvian restaurants all over the United States, and although some have been good, we always compare them to Granja De Oro as the standard for quality Peruvian food. The portions are very well sized
I have visited this restaurant for many years, the food is excellent, what I didn't like is that we saw a Bill of $182 dollars they put me on the Bill $31.00 dollars, which seems exaggerated to me, this tip is getting out of hand control in many restaurants, they pay me $17.00 an hour for my work, if the owners are responsible for paying their employees a fair wage and not charging it to the people we are going to consume. The tip is voluntary. ,
You must try their ceviche mixto. I have dined here since 1995. I order a different item each visit. It is so nice to find a restaurant that's still offers a fresh salad bar
I ordered Mondongito and chicha morada, but felt very disappointed, as the food and the drink were yuckie! Not only the food had a bad flavor for not being seasoned well, but the food and the drink tasted like they were stored in the fridge for a very long time and had started to go bad. Also when the waitress brought the food to my table, she got so close to my plate of food while speaking. They need to hire a chef and a completely new crew. I’m not coming back..
