Food was amazing and the servers went above and beyond to accommodate my ignorance. There may be a small language barrier as most of the wait staff are from Latin America BUT they go out of their way to make you feel at home. I tried so many new things and really enjoyed the overall experiences here! Definitely drop in and see these guys!
Very nice place to have a Saltenas! The Saltenas were very nice. The staff were okay. The price on the laminated food menu was inconsistent with the price I paid. The laminated food menu said that one Saltenas was 2.75, but cost me 3.50 on my receipt. Also, the website for this restaurant says “insecure,” when it should have a lock icon instead. Otherwise, all else was good. They also had this interesting Bolivian beer, which was almost like a combination between a malt soda and a root beer, with a low alcohol content. The trancapecho sandwich is very good, too. Also has indoor seating (too loud for my own personal tastes in the main room on a Friday night), a small room for carry out orders, and a few outdoor seats (which is where I sat). Nice place overall.
This place was pretty great. I really liked the silpancho I ordered until i tried my friends food which was way better. They got a stew dish and that was probably the way to go. The service was great and the beer selection was unique. I'll be back to try more things on the menu.
Excellent food, we loved it! We’d never had Bolivian food and the staff were very helpful. Everything we ate was delicious, the flavors were outstanding. Highly recommend.
We went here for a quiet night out and enjoyed the food. Parking is out front in a small parking lot which can be a little awkward when the restaurant is busy. The service was prompt and professional. Food options are great and provide a few different choices for those looking to enjoy Bolivian cuisine. I ordered Fricase, which is a stew with large chunks of pork and corn. The broth was full of flavor and there was plenty to eat. This is a great option for anyone looking for Bolivian food in the Northern Virginia area.
