Pupuseria Mana De Falls Church

I'm very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. I have an onion allergy, and despite informing the staff multiple times to avoid using onions in my food, it seems the kitchen staff disregards this request and prepares the dishes however they please, rather than adhering to the customer's needs. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

The food is amazing! The waitstaff are incredibly friendly. It gets quite busy during lunch, so there can be a bit of a wait, but it's definitely worth it. I ordered pupusa de chicharron con queso, frijoles con queso, and plain queso, and they were absolutely delicious. Everyone enjoyed them. Food rating: 5/5.

They overlooked me during my visit. I was the only non-Hispanic customer present. One of the waitresses even moved a chair to distance herself from me, which felt intentional. The music, while enjoyable, was extremely loud. After waiting for 15 minutes without being served, I finally chose to leave, especially after noticing that others were being attended to. Food rating: 1/5.

Still, we all have to eat at some point.So when dinner rolled around on these two dates, I wanted something for Bunny and I.The Pupusa Mana is a quiet place, but can become crowed with 9 tables for 4 people and one table for 2. The bar I believe holds 8 more people.If you are into karaoke,It looks like this place can accommodate you and your party or parties.Speaking in the native language is preferred, but if you don't speak a word of Spanish, someone can speak in English to you.I like the cheese pupusas and my wife likes the Queso con loroco. Loroco is also known as Fernaldia pandurata. This food is popular in El Salvador and Guatemala; as well, as other places.I have had the loroco pupusas and it is good...no, great. Yet, I don't wish to over do it on a great thing.Anyhow, I will be sure to visit this place again. I know I didn't screw up ordering the Queso con loroco in Spanish second time around.I will definitely be back.

Absolutely terrible experience and customer service. Slowest food preparation time I have ever seen. Waited almost 40 minutes to pick up a Uber eats order.Food: 1/5
