Starbucks - Falls Church

6270 is the best Starbucks location I have been to so far!! The service is amazing, the drinks are great and the stuff is terrific. The team is very friendly and professional, they know their repeat customers and they know their favorite drinks. Ordered a hot chocolate with sweet cream as the base for my Mom. What do you know? I got just hot sweet cream. $6 bunks for hot sweet cream. This is why I think it’s hella ridiculous that Starbucks (and any other retail) would have a tip feature on the order app and ask for a tip before the service or customer experience is complete. Nowadays, folks want to be tipped for doing their job (and giving me what I paid for) even when they even don’t do their job nor actual wait on customers in the traditional sense.
