Was told to wait for a meal came out cold Big Sad only in America

Each visit here I've been greeted by very polite staff, accompanied by great fast service. The employees are always friendly accommodating. The food has always been warm to hot fresh. I don't typically eat out at fast food joints, but I WILL come here again next time fast food is the only or easier option. Thank you to the Mc'Crew here that makes each interaction there a positive one

The Falmouth McDonald's is always on point. The service is fast and friendly and the food is always fresh and hot. I go almost daily for my morning coffee and a breakfast sandwich and the quality is consistent. Keep up the good work, we appreciate you!

If I could leave -stars I would. We came through the drive through and Latrel would not talk to us. Completely went silent and made another employee take our order just because he recognized our voice. How can you run a business with an employee who is biased against you up he takes orders from. We even said hi Latrel in a nice voice and he decided to be rude....you should really rethink your staff if you think that's appropriate behavior towards paying customers..terrible never coming here again. Not for that **** service we received
