Papa Gino's - Falmouth

I love Papa Gino's pizza. If your taste buds don't agree then that's fine. Hopefully something else on their menu will do the trick. The staff is fast friendly. Their prices are slightly higher than most but, now with the decision we made in 2020 theout of control inflation..their prices are about even with every other place. (Elections have consequences) Parking is ok..TheLocation is ok.. The bathrooms are clean stocked. It is handicapped accessible. Enjoy ????

The service at this restaurant is absolutely unacceptable! It feels like a circus in the kitchen. I've ordered a steak bomb three times and specifically requested hot peppers on the side, but instead, I keep getting hot sauce! What is that about? I didn’t even order chicken tenders! Additionally, whenever we ask for our pizza to be cooked crispy, they either serve it undercooked or burnt. The inconsistency in the food quality is frustrating, and the customer service is terrible!

Papa Gino's offers a consistent experience no matter which location you visit. I really enjoy their sweet sauce and thin crust! Don’t forget to request extra sauce with your mozzarella sticks!

"I need some clarification here... If your closing time is 10 PM as indicated on your sign, then why are you telling customers that you're closed 25 to 30 minutes earlier? It doesn’t make sense. If you say you close at 10, then please stick to that time—no earlier than 10, not 20 or 15 minutes before."
