Feedback gevenI placed an online order that promised delivery in 55-65 minutes. However, after waiting 90 minutes, I called the restaurant and was informed that my order would be sent out in another 20 minutes. After two hours of waiting and discovering that my pizza had already been prepared, I ultimately decided to cancel my order. The employee mentioned that they had been experiencing a two-hour delivery time since 3 PM the previous day. It would be helpful if you could update the online delivery estimates to reflect this. I really enjoy Pizza Hut, but I can’t wait over two hours for my pizza. I understand that running a restaurant is challenging, especially when it’s hard to find staff, but keeping the online information up to date would make a big difference. Thank you.
We ordered the pizza box and it was fantastic! Since we live an hour away from town, it's always a special treat for us.
I think pizzas could use a few more toppings. The meat lovers pizza barely had any meat on it. Additionally, the Chicken Alfredo arrived warm, not hot.
