Feedback gevenI've eaten at Sonic before, and I wasn't impressed—I even vowed never to return. However, I decided to give it another try, and I'm glad I did. The burger was fantastic, the fries were not greasy, and the ice cream was delicious. So, will I go back? Absolutely! I'm really happy I gave it another chance. Great job, everyone, and thanks for a wonderful lunch!
The food is good, the staff is friendly, and the service is incredibly fast every time I go. I've used the drive-thru several times, and an employee even brought my mobile order to me while I was in line, so I didn't have to wait at the window. I strongly recommend ordering through the app, as there are plenty of discounts, deals, and free food available.
During our first visit, I placed an order through the app while accompanied by three teenage girls. Although the order went through, we ended up waiting for 40 minutes without any food. After several unsuccessful attempts to call the restaurant—since we couldn’t go inside—a staff member finally emerged with someone else's order. I managed to catch her attention to inquire about ours. They had charged my card but had no record of my order, so we ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes for them to prepare it. On our second visit, we faced similar issues. Again, we relied on the app, and when I tried to check out for three people, my account came up but my card was declined. I tried using a different card, but I received an error message. After entering a third card, it also generated an error. Frustrated, I decided to head to McDonald's instead, where my card was accepted without any issues. It was aggravating to waste 15 minutes trying to place an order, only to leave for another restaurant. If their only options are app or drive-thru, they really need to improve those systems. I would strongly advise skipping this location.
I usually have excellent service here but lately and especially today has been unacceptable. A couple of rude foreign girls laughed at my mom and not in a friendly laugh because for some reason they couldn?t understand her. She was very articulate when speaking and annunciating very clearly. They need to be fired or I will contact corporate and make a scene
They don?t have a lot of help. Same couple workers everytime. There good at what they do. When there is a wait time it?s bc there only human and can move so fast. Don?t go there if ur in a rush. They make sure ur food comes out perfect. Thank you to the Fargo ND workers at sonic for making my experience amazing
