Urban 42 - Fargo

The brunch buffet was extremely limited. I'm not sure it even meets the standards of a typical brunch or buffet. The options included scrambled eggs that were somewhat watery, one type of good potato dish, bacon, sausage, and pancakes that had clearly been sitting in the roaster for too long, with some edges becoming hard. The soft cakes tasted okay, but the mixed fruit had a few moldy pieces that I had to pick out. I'm sure the food would be fine if you ordered from the menu, but I wouldn't return or recommend the brunch. In fact, it might be better for them to drop the “brunch buffet” altogether and cut their losses.

If your advertisement had accurately represented the food you serve, I might have thought about dining there. However, after I made a reservation, I received an email confirmation with a completely different menu. When I called to ask about it, I was told that your website isn’t current. I ended up making a reservation at a well-regarded restaurant that actually offers what they promote. I spent over $300, but it was worth it since we were able to order what we actually wanted.

A wonderful way to celebrate my 40th birthday! The food was fantastic and the jazz music was excellent!

Delicious assortment of breakfast and dinner options. Wonderful dessert table that included mini bites of several different desserts. Overall, we enjoyed the Easter buffet.
