The food was great as was the service unfortunately my husband was unwell so had to leave the desert but will return. Wasn’t informed about the service charge for NYE though.

Absolutely lovely food, nice log fire, excellent beer, what’s not to like. Very efficient service. We were there at lunchtime and it was a little quiet so lacking a bit in atmosphere but that didn’t spoil our enjoyment. Will revisit in the evening with friends. Good menu.

This is a lovely pub a short distance off the main A420 road set in pleasant space and with plenty of parking. It is easy to access for those who are disabled as we are. The interior of the pub is very comfortable and the food and service are excellent.
