Chili's Grill - Farmingdale

Staff was friendly, no wait and the food was excellent. There was also plenty of parking and it was really easy to order our food. First time there and will definitely be back.

I visited for the first time and was blown away by the food. I ordered the double stack burger, and it was incredibly delicious! Our waitress, Juliana, provided excellent service and had a wonderful personality—she's definitely a valuable asset to the team. I can't wait to return for dinner, and I highly recommend this place. I've been to other chili grills before, but this one is by far the best!

I would advise against dining here if you have any allergies, as they don't seem to take them seriously. It took three attempts for them to get my meal right, and I still ended up feeling very sick afterward. Although the manager did come to apologize, that doesn't change the seriousness of the situation or their lack of consideration for allergies.

The menu was dirty, and the service was terrible. The only staff members putting in any effort were Dylan, the food runner, and the bartender. I would recommend letting the rest of the team go immediately.

*Honest Review* This isn't a 5-star restaurant, so don't expect to be amazed. The food was decent—I would compare it to Applebee’s. The service was standard; nothing really stands out here. It’s a good option if you have kids and are looking for American food. I ordered the sizzling grilled fajitas, which came with a generous portion, but the flavor wasn't very impressive for a Mexican restaurant. They do offer six types of margaritas, and those were quite good.
