The Melting Pot Farmingdale

Great concept restaurant. Chocolate fondue was great and cheese fondue really nice too. Hot pot portion was OK- unnecessary in our opinion. Outstanding service! All the staff was absolutely attentive and helpful. We had coloring book and crayons waiting at my daughter’s seat when we arrived to the table. Fun Halloween decor as well. Would recommend for a fun dinner.

My daughter and her friends were in a private area for a birthday celebration .She said waitress engaged with them .They had a great time at melting pot will be back

Ordered the upgrade for the table that included rose petals with a candlelit dinner for my fiancé birthday. which when we got to the restaurant they ended up not having it set up for us. The food was good just takes awhile over all it was a 2 and a half hour experience but during that whole time our waitress never came to check up on us, to refill any of our drinks at all. We saw her only when she changed our courses that was all. When she did come to change the courses and we asked for refills she said okay no problem and never to be seen again to the next course I had to ask another waitress to get drinks for us as we waited 20 minutes after asking for the refills.

Our dinner was amazing along with the service !! We had a great time !

Our server Greg was excellent. It was loud and kind of hoped for a quieter table.
