Feedback gevenToday is my friend and I?s first visit to the craftsman town, as we are new in the city! When we sat, we were told that they were out of a few things when she came back and told us they were out of our two ducks. Long waiting times, for 2 bartenders with only 10 people on the bar rail. There are bugs flying around, not sure if you flew in our salsa or not? but, decent beer selection. Flatbread came a little burning (due to a new training staff), they offered to place it and she took it out of our bill. We didn't get our onion rings we ordered. But she offered to buy us another round of drinks and we accepted? At least she was very pleasant!
3 times there bring us dirty glasses unfriend bartender also the mangers with out the hear is a bad manager 3 empty table and 10 people must wait 30 minutes to get space. Nice place, but common staff. Dear owner, you never ask yourself why it reviews so bad?
I kept my sample dinner here with about 70 people and had a great experience. The room they gave us worked really well and kept all my guests comfortable. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the servers were absolutely fantastic. Despite the size of our group, they took care of us. Joseph was great to work with, and I would recommend this place absolutely for anyone looking for a casual private venue.
Everything was great on a Saturday afternoon. Family friendly, excellent food, great staff. Personal favorite of me now. Highly venerated! recommended! Try the Hangover Burger!
This was our first time there last night and everything we had was really good. The service was excellent, we had Kim as our waitress and she was very good. The calamari was surprisingly good, the chicken Marsala was good as well. The upstairs is open with live band, which was entertaining. The cosmopolitan was made to perfection. The Brussels sprout?s were ok.. if you like the char smoke taste you would like them.
