We had an amazing experience with the sandwiches we ordered today! My husband tried The Wreck, and I chose The Pizza sub. Both were top-notch and absolutely delicious. There's nothing quite like a warm sandwich on a chilly day! While we're not big fans of Zapp's chips, we would love to see a wider selection of chip options. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly.

The service was friendly and quick, and the restaurant was clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the Italian sandwich and the broccoli and cheese soup – both were excellent!

I often visit this restaurant while working, typically 2 to 3 times a week, and I’m always impressed by the friendly staff, the freshness of the ingredients, and the delicious flavors of my meals. The cleanliness is also noteworthy; I’ve never seen anything out of place or noticed any unpleasant smells. I usually arrive just before the lunch rush and stay for an hour or two. I consistently order the same sandwich, the veggie melt, and I customize it each time. My takeout orders have also been positive, though they sometimes forget to change the bread from wheat to white as I request. While I believe the restaurant could benefit from an update to its interior design, I understand that all Potbelly's locations share a similar aesthetic. Overall, I rate this location a solid 5 stars and would gladly give it even more if I could.

I frequently visit this restaurant for lunch since it's conveniently located across the street, and I've always had a great experience. Unlike McDonald's, which accepts mobile orders for a lobby that's closed and ends up wasting your time and money, this place never disappoints. Skip McDonald's and head to Potbelly's—you won't regret it!
