Basement Burger - Farmington

Terrible customer service. One person telling me one thing and another person telling my daughter something else. My daughter called one month in advance to ask about seating for 7 people and although they do not take reservations, the lady on the phone said that she was jotting down the info just for the heads up. This evening we get here and are told a pack of lies. Don't know if they were afraid of a group of black teenagers (yes I took it there) or what the problem was. We won't be back and it probably won't matter to them but so be it.

Allie was such a great server! The wagyu burger was fantastic! Best burger I've had in a long time. Mozzarella sticks and pretzels out of this world delicious! Will be back ? especially if Allie is there!

Waitress Victoria was very slow with service. I will be right back, ment wait 10-15 minutes.Couldn't get three out of three bills correct. Tried to charge us with regular price on happy hour items. Charged for a beer that wasn't ordered. Added tip to total but called it a suggestion . Nice try.

Food is decent, trivia on Wednesdays is fun.But they won't split checks for any more than 5 people at a table. Even if you only want 2 checks. Plus high required gratuity.Each customer literally fills out a card with their order on it and their name, how hard could it really be to split.

Build your own burger, asked for medium. Cooked perfectly! Great flavor. Service was very good, check on us regularly. Will definitely go back!
