Feedback gevenAbsolutely wonderful. The food was mouth watering, I got the fried chicken club. The cashier at the time, Crystal (I hope I spelled her name right, and if not, I apologize), was absolutely amazing and very patient. Freddy's is now on my favorites list! Will definitely visit again ?
Order was wrong. Had to check while still at window, thank goodness I did. They were quick to fix it, so for that, thank you so much. Cheese curds were plentiful, but super salty. They're salty enough on their own without more salt added. They were gross. I couldn't eat them. Onion rings were okay, but the onion inside was really thin and dry, ate a few and that's all. Tasted old. Fries were over salted as well. Yucky. Ate one handful and that was it. Burgers were great. Fry sauce is good too. Shake came to me at first as a sundae, they fixed that quick though and it was good. May go back for burgers, but not for sides. Nasty salty and not worth what you pay because you can't eat it. It's like licking a salt lick. Yuck. Enough with the added salt already! Geez!
DO NOT WORK HERE!!! So many people quit when I was working because the manager Daisy is so uptight. She is very unprofessional and she yells at the employees for things they weren’t properly trained how to do. She treats everyone like they are stupid and she is disrespectful to the employees. Her daughter works here and gets favored by all managers. When I worked here I did a great job and yet Daisy said I don't and I think that’s funny considering I am a hard worker even when I’m out under loads of stress by customers and my managers and co workers. Do not work here unless you think minimum wage is worth the stress. I loved my customers so much but Daisy is the one that made work unbearable.
Place was uninviting and it was not busy at all... The female cashier has zero people skills and when I went up a second time for something else the guy helping the woman in front of me leaves to the line... Is this how you run a business but I feel the management won't do anything because they were all to comfortable doing as they please... Embarrassing work ethic... Somebody better talk with the children...
Our family orders burgers between 2-4 tines per week and we've wanted to enjoy ordering Freddy's. The food should be enjoyable, but there is always something wrong. I started ordering their food online because I don't want to wait 30 minutes in drive-thru and I want to ensure accuracy.Tonight's issues: I ordered a burger with only bacon and grilled onion. Someone there put raw onion on top of the grilled onion, plus mustard and pickles. Fries were cold and stale.I highly reccomend the franchise owner take a close look at operations. Due to the amount of issues we have had, I will need to place our family orders elsewhere.
